Last updated July 2026 · The short version: we collect only what we need to talk to you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
When you contact us through the Start a Project form or by email, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company, and whatever you tell us about your project. That's it — we don't require accounts and we don't buy data about you.
To reply to you, scope your project, and — if we work together — deliver it. If you've asked to hear about new Originals, we'll email you about those. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read — aggregate numbers, not personal profiles. Embedded video players (such as YouTube or Vimeo) may set their own cookies when you press play; those are governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
We use trusted services to run the studio — email, form handling, video hosting, and payment processing. They only receive the information needed to do their job, and they're contractually bound to protect it.
Project inquiries are kept while we're in conversation and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Records connected to paid work are kept as long as the law requires (tax and accounting rules, mostly).
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it — no forms, no runaround.
Questions about this policy or your data: reach us through the Start a Project page and mention "privacy" — it gets routed to a human, fast.
